Rotterdam?
Hi, my name is Alex and I'll be living in Rotterdam from next July, I'm bulgarian and I'll be working and studying there. I have a friend over there (also bulgarian, also training parkour) and we're going to jump-start our training since we both haven't been training that much in the past year.
So, mainly my question: are there any people up in Rotterdam? Teams or whatever? My friend is studying in Erasmus University and I'll also be studying there sooo no idea, if that's of any help to you, hah. If you've got some info write here. Also if you can write to: e-mail: fanpbg @ yahoo.com skype: hawthorne3344 |

Yeah you are lucky. They even have a Freerun/Parkour-Training alternative training parc: check on YouTube: "Freerun Park Rotterdam".
It is here: Motorstraat, Rotterdam: link, where the blue containers are, the situation is different now... zoom out to get out of google streetview. Furthermore check to find tracers and spots in the region: http://tracer.parkour-source.nl/ For translation: http://translate.google.com you could enter a website to translate as well :) EXAMPLE. If you are going to study law at the EUR (Erasmus University Rotterdam): please contact the European Law Students Association (ELSA): www.elsarotterdam.nl. Have fun, |

Well I'll be studying Media and Communication in EUR, since there are only 3 types of "classes" that are taught in English, 2 being some sort of business management and the other media and communications.
I didn't know there was a park in Rotterdam, it's good to know, I'll save the info and pass it onto my friend that's currently studying at EUR. Also, I'm aware that a lot of battle styles (ving-chun, krav-maga and so on) are taught at EUR, but are there any other places that you might know of where a guy can practice his flips indoor? |

Give some contacts and my friend will meet up with you, he'll be back in Rotterdam around the 4th-5th of January after the holidays, I'll be there around the beginning of july and hopefully around the shock of university, finding a place to live and a job I'll have some time to practice :)
